La Tête d’Or by Chef Daniel Boulud

Chef Daniel Boulud launched a new French steakhouse La Tête d’Or by Daniel in November 2024 on Park Avenue South in the Flatiron District in NYC within the newly redesigned trophy office tower One Madison Avenue. 

Designed by The Rockwell Group, a feature of their design is an original metal collage wrapped around the restaurant’s open kitchen, produced by Italian metal masters De Castelli.  Based on Belgian artist Jesse Willems’ original collage, De Castelli fabricated this stunning work of art, combining various custom metal finishes and textures.  The massive metal collage is over 7 feet high and 28 feet across – wrapping around the hood of the restaurant’s open grill.

 La Tête d’Or has quickly established itself as one of the city’s hottest restaurants. Time Out named it the #1 Most Romantic Restaurant in NYC, recently won the Best Fine Dining Award by the NYC x Design Awards.  See some of the press coverage below.
